How long will my Tate's Bake Shop cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked with no preservatives. For the best experience, we recommend consuming them by the 'Best By' date on the package. Once opened, keep them in an airtight container to maintain their signature crispness.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes! We offer a wide variety of certified gluten-free cookies, including our Chocolate Chip, Ginger Snap, and Coconut Macaroon flavors, all baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
How do you handle shipping for fragile cookies?
We take great care in packaging our crispy cookies using protective materials to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition. We ship via major carriers across the United States.
Are your products nut-free?
While we offer many flavors that do not contain nuts as an ingredient, all of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, and almonds.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Perishable food items cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
